The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence and associations between anal intercourse and fecal incontinence. Fecal incontinence was defined as the loss of liquid, solid, or mucus stool occurring at least monthly on a validated questionnaire. A gender-specific sexual behavior questionnaire assessed any anal intercourse via an audio computer-assisted personal interview. According to one study45 percent of men surveyed wished they had a larger penis. Another study found that 25 percent of men have faked an orgasm. Having an orgasm and ejaculating are two separate things, although they usually occur together. The belief that anal stimulation can and should only appeal to homosexual men can cause insecurity, leaving heterosexual men embarrassed to admit their preferences.
Understanding and addressing heterosexual HIV transmission requires attention to the range and context of heterosexual sexual behaviors. We sought to determine population-based prevalence of condomless anal intercourse CAI among individuals at increased heterosexual HIV risk in Baltimore and to identify demographic, behavioral, and health related correlates. Bivariate and multivariate logistic regression examined factors associated with heterosexual CAI. The sample was majority African-American, with mean age of 38 among men and 34 among women.
